Excellent Service and Clean Facilities

During my stay, I appreciated the clean premises and the inviting lobby area which smelled great and had fresh water with lemon for guests. Nicole at the front desk made me feel welcome and ensured everything in the room was satisfactory after check-in. The hotel also provided easy access to shopping and transportation, which was very convenient for my trip.

The hotel staff was friendly and efficient.

The bathroom was ridiculously cramped, barely allowing room to move. I can’t believe how cheap the towels were. they were small and felt like rags. Requested housekeeping several times throughout my stay, and it was frustrating to receive it only on request after four days.

While in Newburgh, I enjoyed my stay at the Courtyard. The clean furnishings offered a pleasant environment, and the espresso option in the lobby added a good start to my mornings. Despite limited dining choices, the cozy ambiance made it a nice stop on my U.S. Road trip.

The room had a large 50-inch TV and a comfortable couch, which made relaxing easy. The renovations looked nice, giving a fresh feel. However, the bathroom was really small, and the caulking in the shower was moldy. The towels felt cheap and small, like drying off with rags. On top of that, I noticed some cleanliness issues in the bathroom during my two-night stay. Overall, the atmosphere felt modern, but the upkeep needs attention for a better experience.

The staff was super friendly! I loved the large room with 2 armchairs and a loveseat, perfect for chilling. Plus, the location made it easy to get to West Point.

Everything met my expectations.

I appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and accessible design, with comfortable seating areas that made it easy for seniors to relax. The staff promptly assisted with directions and provided thoughtful recommendations, which greatly enhanced my experience during my stay.

Improve heating controls in the rooms.

The trendy couch was uncomfortably useless, yet the updated rooms were nice.

Great amenities with 24-hour reception and a solid fitness center. Rooms need better cleaning.

The room was well-sized, had comfortable beds, and I loved the easy access to the interstate. Plus, the hot coffee in the room was a great perk!

The espresso in the lobby was a perfect morning perk, and it added a nice touch to my stay. The curtains did an excellent job of blocking out the parking lot lights, ensuring a restful sleep. Overall, the facilities were consistent with Courtyard standards and provided a reliable experience.
